The Project: 1-800 Contacts enjoys a cult favorite status for those who know about their incredible customer service – but many people don't. Our task was to celebrate 1-800 Contacts’ outstanding service in cheerful pieces of shareable social content while staying true to the brand's modest and approachable personality. Enter: Reps Read Nice Tweets, short videos showing real 1-800 Contacts representatives reading real tweets written about their team. The videos, posted on Facebook, received 3x higher engagement than the brand’s previous paid content on the channel. I produced the shoot and helped concept the project alongside our creative director.
